These terms apply to LIFECORE, the LIFECORE website and LIFECORE account services provided by RadForge Labs in Australia. The public app is still preparing for release. Google Play shows the final price, eligibility and store-specific terms before anyone is charged.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create and hold a LIFECORE account. Adults can use LIFECORE to organise family information about children or other people when they have the right and authority to do so. Use accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law says otherwise.

Your local information

Your local Vault belongs to you. You decide what to add, export, back up, share or delete. Keep your device security and backup passphrases safe. RadForge Labs cannot recover a local Vault or backup when the required device key or passphrase has been lost.

Subscriptions

The approved Australian launch offer is LIFECORE Complete at A$12.99 monthly or A$99.99 annually, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel before an eligible trial ends, it automatically becomes the recurring plan you selected. Paid plans continue to renew for the same billing period until cancelled. Google Play shows your eligibility, exact local price and tax, billing period, renewal details and cancellation controls before confirmation. You can manage or cancel through Google Play or from More → Subscription in LIFECORE. Cancellation takes effect under the store terms; it does not delete your local Vault. Store rules apply to billing, cancellation and refunds, together with rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Helpful information, not professional advice

LIFECORE helps organise information you provide. Money views, readiness checks, reminders and suggestions may be incomplete when information is missing or out of date. They are not financial, legal, medical or emergency advice. Check important decisions with the right qualified professional.

Connected services

You may connect supported outside services. Their own terms still apply. LIFECORE does not own or replace those services, and disconnecting LIFECORE does not delete information held by the original provider.

Family Spaces and Family Inbox

Share only information you have the right to share. Family Space and Family Inbox tools are for respectful, practical coordination. They must not be used for harassment, threats, coercion, surveillance, unlawful access or to put another person at risk. Anyone can experience abuse, regardless of gender, identity, age or relationship. LIFECORE's support links are available to everyone, but LIFECORE is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000).

LIFECORE Circle

Circle is a member community, not a place for passwords, identifying details, private family information, financial information or emergencies. Do not identify yourself, children or anyone else in a post or reply. Automated checks can stop recognisable private details, but you remain responsible for reviewing what you share. Use private LIFECORE tools or Support for personal matters. You may save Circle drafts to your account; they are not shown to other members, and you can remove them. The official LIFECORE Bulletin is written by the RadForge owner; items marked as upcoming describe plans that may change before release. Circle Paths provide general ideas; keep your personal plans in your private LIFECORE space. Staff-led Circle Sessions allow replies only during their announced window and may be cancelled or summarised afterward. Optional “what worked” updates are public replies to your own question. Before posting, you must read and accept the current Circle rules. Choose a Circle username that does not expose your full name, impersonate the team or use offensive language; each username must be unique. Your first choice is free, then you can change it twice per calendar month (Brisbane time). Keep posts respectful, lawful and useful. You can report a post or member that breaks the rules, and you can block another member so you no longer see each other's Circle posts or replies. RadForge Labs may remove content, issue a private warning, limit Circle access or suspend an account when reasonably needed to protect members or the service.

Fair use

Do not try to bypass subscriptions, access another person's account, interfere with the service, distribute harmful software or use LIFECORE unlawfully. We may protect the service or suspend access where misuse or a security risk is reasonably suspected.

Changes and availability

Features may improve over time. We will not quietly turn an optional connection into mandatory access to your private Vault. Online services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control; local features are designed to remain useful where possible.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
